Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming DAI upgrade and conversion to USDS on our platform, during which certain services related to DAI will be gradually suspended. Please review the details below.

DAI to USDS Conversion Update

  • Impact:
     Deposits and trading for DAI will be disabled. Related services will be gradually suspended as part of the conversion process.
  • Affected Asset:
     DAI
  • Deposit & Trading Suspension:
     April 20, 2026
  • Withdrawal Suspension Time:
     April 23, 2026 at 11:00 (UTC+8)
  • Other Service Changes:
    • Convert / OTC services for DAI will be suspended
    • DAI will no longer be supported as collateral for futures trading
    • Remaining DAI used as collateral will be automatically transferred to the Spot wallet
    • Open orders for DAI trading pairs will be automatically cancelled upon trading suspension
  • Affected Functions:
     Deposit, Trading, Withdrawal, Convert/OTC, Futures Collateral

Please ensure that you manage your DAI holdings in advance. Services will be discontinued as per the schedule above.
