KOL-specific events are strictly limited to users who register on the BTZO platform using the designated KOL partner referral link or code.
Only users who complete account registration during the official KOL event period are eligible to participate and receive rewards.
For avoidance of doubt, “registration” refers to the creation of a BTZO account in the system, and not email verification, first login, KYC completion, or first trade.
Users who registered prior to the KOL event start time, or without using the KOL’s partner referral link, are not eligible, even if they perform trading or other activities during the event period.
User attribution to a KOL is determined solely at the time of registration based on BTZO’s backend referral tracking and cannot be changed retroactively, regardless of subsequent link clicks, redirects, or claims.
Each eligible user must successfully complete all required onboarding steps, including KYC verification, in accordance with BTZO’s platform policies.
Market makers, institutional accounts, sub-accounts, API traders, and related or controlled accounts are not eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
BTZO reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in self-referrals, multiple or duplicate account registrations, wash trading, abnormal trading behavior, or any activity intended to manipulate campaign outcomes.
Users must register for the KOL Event (if applicable) through the official campaign page or designated entry method.
Only activities completed after successful event registration and strictly within the official event period will be counted toward eligibility and rewards.
Each user may participate only once per KOL Event, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Where multiple campaigns overlap, users may only be eligible for one reward per activity, as determined by BTZO at its sole discretion.
“Trading Volume” refers to the total executed value of buy and sell orders completed during the official event period.
Unless otherwise specified:
Only eligible trading pairs, products, or tokens will be counted.
Stablecoin-to-stablecoin trades (e.g., USDT/USDC) may be excluded.
Orders generating a trading fee below the minimum threshold defined by BTZO will not be counted.
Self-trading, circular trading, wash trading, or abnormal volume patterns will be excluded at BTZO’s sole discretion.
Trades executed using bonus funds, trial funds, fee-offset credits, loss rebates, promotional vouchers, or similar incentives will not be counted, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
“Net Deposit” refers to Total Deposits minus Total Withdrawals made during the event period.
Only on-chain deposits are considered valid.
Internal transfers, bonus credits, system adjustments, rebates, or promotional credits are not considered valid deposits.
BTZO reserves the right to assess net deposits on a continuous basis throughout the event period, not solely at the end of the campaign.
If a withdrawal causes the net deposit amount to fall below the required threshold at any point during the event, the user may become ineligible for deposit-based rewards.
Rewards may be distributed in the form of:
USDT
BTZO Cash
Trading fee rebates
Futures bonus or other promotional credits
Reward type, usage, withdrawal eligibility, and applicable conditions will be defined per individual KOL Event.
Rewards will be distributed within 7 days after the KOL Event concludes, subject to verification and compliance checks.
BTZO reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or revoke rewards pending fraud checks, abnormal activity review, or policy violations.
Rewards may be subject to:
Vesting periods
Usage limitations
Minimum trading or activity requirements
Rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior may be forfeited, reclaimed, or reversed, even after distribution or withdrawal.
Only valid referrals—real users who meet all campaign requirements—will be counted.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fake users are strictly prohibited.
BTZO reserves the right to verify referral authenticity, including KYC status, trading behavior, device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral linkage.
Referral rewards may be adjusted, delayed, revoked, reclaimed, or offset if violations are detected.
Each KOL Event will have a defined start and end time, published via official BTZO channels.
BTZO reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate any KOL Event at its sole discretion.
BTZO shall not be responsible for eligibility issues, losses, or missed rewards arising from system delays, technical failures, network congestion, force majeure events, or external disruptions.
Any adjustments will be communicated through official announcements or event pages.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds.
Participation in KOL Events does not guarantee profits or returns.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations applicable to them.
Any statements, representations, guarantees, or promises made by KOLs are independent and do not override BTZO’s official Terms & Conditions.
Violations or misrepresentations by a KOL may result in event suspension, reward cancellation, or user disqualification.
BTZO reserves the right to disqualify participants, revoke eligibility, freeze accounts, and recover distributed rewards in cases involving:
Market manipulation
Abuse of campaign mechanics
Violation of BTZO platform policies
Account farming, device/IP abuse, or coordinated behavior
Any conduct deemed unfair, misleading, or harmful to the platform
BTZO reserves the final, binding, and non-appealable right of interpretation for all KOL Events and related matters.
These T&Cs apply uniformly to all KOL-specific campaigns, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Participation in any KOL Event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
